HISTORY: Established in 2014 by Karl Harris, a Detroit native, graduate of Architecture school, and licensed builder. Karl Harris descends from a family of building trades professionals. He seeks to utilize skills engraved in his DNA to help redevelop the infrastructure of his hometown. Operations: Our specialties include, but are not limited to Single-family residential, Duplex units, and Multifamily Residential Buildings. All project types involve both new construction and existing renovation. Field experience in managing construction projects has made our ability to also prepare architectural drawings unique from most. We have worked as a licensed builder for over five (5) years, as a consultant and contractor with corporate and local government entities, demonstrating a high ability to work independently, showcasing our ability to manage others and work with administration. We also offer Architectural Design, Drafting (producing construction documents), 3D Renderings, 3D Scanning, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our technology division if needed. In addition to being a licensed and insured construction company, we’re also certified MBE by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and Federally recognized as a HUBZone Business. Our expertise in residential construction management enables us to look at a set of plans through the eyes of clients and visualize the construction process. This allows us to communicate differently through our plans and minimize RFIs and Change orders in home restoration, design, construction, and renovation.
